Professional, service-driven and fast. We spontaneously passed by to find out why my boyfriends watch keeps slowing down. Within 15 minutes we had a diagnosis. Great little shop.

Arrived late on a Saturday evening with an old watch for a battery, replaced and paid within 10 minutes, great service and highly recommend. Must admit some of the negative reviews nearly put me off but glad went now as my experience was very good.

A great little place. If you have a watch and the battery runs flat, or if you need a new strap, or other general repairs are needed for your watch or clock, this place will fix it for you. They're not the cheapest but they do a great job and quickly, although you're asked to leave the item with them and return a little while later. Prompt service, and a good job every time. They've not let me down yet.

Took 2 watches in for battery replacement the other day. A TW Steel and an Emporio Armani. They literally had the watches for 20 minutes and it was sorted. They even set the watches back to the correct time which was a classy touch. Excellent service! I also had an Emporio Armani bracelet that had a broken clasp, the gent took it and said he'd have a look at it. When I came back he said he had fixed it and didn't charge me any extra. Used these guys before and will definitely return in the future!

After being told by the jewlers that I bought my Rado watch from, that it was in need of a £150 service I decided to try the watch hospital. Left the watch to be looked at and after 20 minutes it was sorted. They kept the watch for 2 days to ensure It kept time and date because it's automatic. The service was perfect and the advice was greatly appreciated. Thanks

I took in my 12 year old Omega Seamaster which had become unreliable and was stopping frequently, I took it to the Trafford centre branch where they opened it up and gave me a quote to service and refurbish the watch, I was warned at the time that the Omega accredited service technician was due to go on holiday and it would take about 8 weeks which I fully expected, however, the movement was beyond repair and a new movement was ordered from Omega, the service took 12 weeks. When i got the watch back it looked like new, the bracelet had been polished and a dent from the bezel which I had caused by falling was almost gone, the best of it is the time keeping, my watch had never kept as good a time as it does now not even when new, i have had it over a month now and it has not lost any time. I would recommend the watch hospital without a second thought.

This little business has done a lot of work for me over the years. They have been excellent with what they have done and worked on some very old and sentimental watches.

BE AWARE!.. They don't change car key fob batteries. Asked them to change it for me, and they asked what battery was inside (as if I would know?) they looked at each other and declined, saying they didn't change them. Strange, because they changed my attractive wifes on a previous occasion. Perhaps they were just having a lazy day?

Absolutely amazing service, took my Hugo Boss Watch for repair, after being quoted lead times of 6 weeks in some local jewellers, The Watch Hospital technician repaired my Hugo Boss Watch to an acceptable standard, and service from both himself and Max at head office was second to none - absolutely amazing service if there were more stars I would definitly give it.

This place is a life saver. I broke the the majority of my key late at 8pm. Dreading calling the locksmith and the inevitable £100 bill, I raced to the trafford centre and the chap in the kiosk cut me a copy. He didnt charge me as he said he didnt know whether it would work, but I might have a chance. It did work. Legend.

Great little shop, found it hard to find but that’s probably just me, very helpful, changed my battery without any fuss whilst I went shopping, told me to come back after 20mins and sure enough it was ready, only thing was that they couldn’t do my dive watch battery replacement, but that is a bit more specialist to be fair, totally recommend this great little shop
