Bought a watch from Jamie, the initial service was superb, really pleased. Now what really puts the shine on the service was that I noticed something wrong with my purchase the day after I bought it. I called Jamie and within two hours he had a replacement on its way to arrive the following day. Ok the fact there was something wrong with my initial purchase is not good, however how a person/company rectifies problems is what differentiates them from the competition. The five star review is well deserved. Thank you WOS, and especially Jamie.

Only went in today to get links taken out of the Cartier I bought my fiance. We were dealt with by Ross Thomson the friendliest most professional viking looking Scotsman in a steady three piece suit. I bought 2 beautiful Ap watches from that dealer and the their efforts to find a that special watch for my birthday present was amazing.Their sales executive lady I think her name was Lydia she made all her effort to find me that watch.From searching to put on that watch on my wrist I feel myself special and after that even they call and ask that if i have got any issues with the purchases.i saw few people including the store manager and he was so helpful and polite while i am purchasing my dream watches.Also i have got special birthday present from the dealer and makes me so happy,I hope they will help me to buying also my dream Patek Philippe watch.They made me comfortable for that.

I called this morning to enquire about a Panerai, I spoke with Fran who was very helpful and said that he would hold the watch for me today as they only had one in store. My service while there was great and the other staff were very pleasant. Making such a large purchase I believe it's important to have a "special" type of service which Fran and the others certainly delivered on.
