Me and my now-husband bought our wedding rings from Wilbrahams earlier this year. Everything was explained clearly and they worked with us to find rings we were both happy with. Thrilled to finally be wearing our shiny bands! Top service, friendly folk, great product range.

My necklace is irreplaceable and recently it fell off whilst crossing the road and a car ran over it affecting the shell charm and the clasp. I heard great reviews about Wilbrahams so took it there but didn’t expect such an incredible service. They removed the dent from the shell and fixed the clasp, to what it was like before and for no charge. I can’t thank them enough for fixing my necklace. I would recommend them to everyone! I can not praise this company highly enough, the service I received was second to non. I phoned them Friday morning to see if they could clean and polish my wife's engagement ring and wedding ring and was told yes they can do it and if I dropped it in on the same day I could have it completed by Tuesday which is fantastic on its own but to my surprise I received a call on Saturday morning saying it had been done and they were ready to be collected.
