A beautiful retail outlet full of beautiful watches and Jewellery. This really is the premier destination for all you could desire in high end merchandise from some of worlds premier brands including Rolex of course. You feel you are in a very special place when entering and the friendly and knowledgeable staff only reinforce this. Well worth a visit just to gaze at the fabulous window display and if you have the means to buy something very special indeed.

Brilliant went above and beyond. Very experienced and knowledgeable staff. I visited the mk centre last sunday and the store front caught my eye. Decided to just pop in and and the staff was very welcoming. He took his time and explained the watches. It was great experience feeling and trying on watches that I had only seen on the internet. Excellent work guys, my next purchase will through you guys. Apologies forgot sales managers name but he deserves credit, great asset to your brand.

Having got the call for a ladies time piece from May all the way to purchase, the whole process was so easy and comforting. Had a meeting with Wendy a couple of weeks ago, one of the Rolex specialists, to enquire about a purchase to mark my 3 year point in business with Loupe as it is my new local authorised dealer. I had my 2 children in tow so thought it would be a bit of a nightmare to be honest. However, Loupes staff were very accommodating, providing drink and snacks for the kids and making conversation with them to keep them occupied whilst I waited for Wendy to finish with another customer. Wendy herself was amazing. She brought out the models that I'd been debating and helped me choose the one for me. Not even batting an eyelid that I kept her talking for an hour. But she also involved my 2 children and made it an experience for the both of them as well as myself. Honestly from the service and rapport created with myself alone, I would have been happy that I'd chosen Loupe to be my A.D. But the fact that they were so inclusive with the kids made it a no brainer for me. I look forward to the day my Oyster Perpetual comes in and I look forward to an ongoing relationship and hopefully many more milestone purchases in the future.

Where to start... Daniel the Manager at Milton Keynes Loupe is all over the attention to detail and customer experience. I ordered a watch from Daniel sometime ago that arrived last weekend. Daniel and Loupe had kept me in in the 'loop', and I was updated on the order and progress. This is one of those boutiques that whilst brand new has the air and feel of a very well run, polished set up. If you have a particular piece in mind it is always worth making an appointment at Loupe and talking through options. Daniel and Loupe go over and above on service and price. I cannot recommend this store enough.

Absolutely stunning location - staff are welcoming and exceptionally knowledgeable, and each brand has its own unique space within the store. At the moment it's a lovely place to go to, simply to gawp at whatever they have on display, which is a lot, but the space of the old Fraser Hart and Disney units also mean buying your watch can be much more of a occasion now. Very much look forward to that. Great stuff.

Must say I am extremely happy with the service provided by the good people at Loupe. I went into Loupe to find the perfect present for my wife's birthday, Robyn and Dan were able to source the perfect time piece within short notice that met the specifications I required.
