Friendly staff selling beautiful designer jewellery. The service we received was second to none. We purchased two gorgeous items and will be back when we are next in the area to choose more from the same designer. A highly recommended store with staff who go the extra mile for their customers. If you want quality and fantastic service, then this is the place to go. Lee was great with my son and allowed him to try all the watches he liked on then gave us time to go and discuss and think about his purchase. There was no pressure at all. It was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long while. We certainly recommend here for special treatment for a special occasion.

First time shopping in ages,!! Picked up a new watch for my brothers 50th Birthday. From entering the shop all Staff were friendly and polite. I had an idea of what I wanted, but Lee helped Secure a lovely Cartier, I have to say Lee was brilliant, his knowledge is second to non. He never put me under any pressure and after buying the watch and feeling throughly stratified with my purchase I thought will definitely recommend to family and friends, especially after finding out it was a family run business, this was very much reflected in the way the staff were with one another very professional and warm. They let me come in many times just to look with absolutely no pressure to buy until I was sure of what I wanted. When it came to finally buying i was looked after above and beyond what i expected. Decided to treat myself to a new watch today, Lee was the perfect salesman, his product knowledge was fantastic, I also had a lady who I support in her everyday life with myself and my wife, Lee was very patient serving her , in and out of shop keep looking at different options then by the end she decided she also wanted to buy a watch, then I decided to treat my wife to a new bracelet, all in all our visit what happened to be our first to this store was a very pleasant and relaxed service, I would 100% recommend this jewellery store, great range In store, no pressure selling, we were told certain lines wouldn’t be in store for a few weeks giving us the option of waiting, so thanks to Lee our experience shopping in this store was very pleasing from entering to leaving.

Outstanding customer service from all the staff. I dealt mainly with the owner, who I could not praise highly enough. He went above and beyond what 99.9% of retailers would do to meet my circumstances. A very generous and down to earth man. His staff are well informed and patient, especially as I had a noisy one year old running around, in a shop containing extremely expensive wrist watches and jewellery. This includes the doorman! I plan to add to my watch collection soon and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. A jewel of a jewellery shop! 10/10 Honestly, I feel like 5 stars isn’t enough. Dave. B

I would like to say a huge Thank you to the fabulous Gemma there in Barry's Jewellers Newcastle. She looked after my now fiance so so well, and helped him pick the perfect ring, and I also want to thank her personally for looking after me when I went in to collect my ring after getting it sized, she was amazing and answered all my questions, it is a big and special thing getting engaged and I cannot thank her enough for making it just that for us both.. so I would highly recommend calling into Barry's and asking for Gemma especially, you will be well looked after!
