I very rarely write a reviews but this time is a must ! Whenever I come to Kurt Geiger store in Eldon Square staff is lovely and is by far my favourite of your shops . But there is one member of team that has not only met , but surely exceed my expectations with her customer service .. Chloe went above and beyond to get handbag I REALLY wanted but it was sold out everywhere! I first spoke about THIS bag and earrings with Chloe around Christmas time , once she seen how much I wanted those items she offered she Will be looking for it for me ! And she finnaly did get it for me in April and made me very happy ! Her customer service is impeccable and she is absolutely lovely and pleasant to talk to ! THANK YOU CHLOE !

CHLOE SAVED THE DAY! So this review is about a month late, but I’ve had real trouble logging onto my google account. Chloe literally made my day after she went above and beyond to help me find what I needed at KG in Eldon square. I was looking round the shop floor specifically looking for a white clutch bag and white HIGH heels to go with a green and white dress for my best friends wedding. I couldn’t see any that were meeting my specified criteria when Chloe asked what I was looking for, (I only mentioned the shoes at this point) with my criteria known, said she would have a look in the back for me to see if she could find anything... She came out with THE PERFECT heels, in my size and ON SALE! I was ecstatic! When I was at the till about to pay she then asked if I was looking for anything else to finish off the look. And I said I would love a bag but also couldn’t see any on the floor that I liked or that would go with my new heels. Chloe then went into the back again to see if she could find something to match and then came out with THE PERFECT bag, once again. ON SALE 😍 Honestly, I often shop at Kurt Keiger and she is the most lovely and helpful assistant I have ever met. She wasn’t pushy with her sales and the whole experience left me with the best feeling ALL DAY! I’m so glad I managed to leave this review because I’ll never forget how she made my outfit POP by finding me the perfect accessories! She deserves a bonus, that’s for sure! Thanks Chloe!!!!

Brilliant Experience! After buying a pair of trainers at christmas, the lace holder had came away. The lovely lady with long blonde hair, ordered a new pair for me in replacement, & even shipped them off herself for me the very next day! Amazing customer service! what a credit to the store/company she is! Thank you so much xx

Staff very friendly and helpful went in to exchange some boots. Was told the boots i was exchanging for were same price but on checking website they were £10 cheaper so should have had a £10 refund even though receipt stated sams price on exchange.

Kurt Geiger was my saving grace on Tuesday evening after 4hrs of scouring every shop and department store in Newcastle looking for a Christmas present for my Sister. After a few minutes of staring at merchandise, a lovely Sales Person named Emily (checked the receipt) approached me in a genuinely friendly manner. Emily helped me to choose a beautiful pair of shoes and clutch bag. She also gave me lots of product info; size guide, wearability and which celebrities have the same product. I needed to order a half size to be delivered and the process was effortless. I cannot commend Emily enough, for her help and advice. Especially at 6pm on a Tuesday evening! The shoes arrived a day and a half later perfectly wrapped with e mail alerts to inform me of their delivery. I could not be happier with the level of service from Kurt Geiger Eldon Square store and I will be returning in the near future.
