Had an appointment today to look at some Tudor watches. Was made to feel very welcome. After looking at various models I chose a Black Bay 58 as I prefer the smaller case. Very good service, watch strap was adjusted to fit perfectly. Would highly recommend anyone after a Tudor to try here first. *****

I decided to treat myself to a new watch and after much searching online I decided to purchase a Tudor watch. As I was in Newcastle I decided to call into Rox to see what my options were. I was shown a variety of watches in their range by the manager who was very knowledgable with regards them. At no point did I feel pressured into a purchase and we had a general chat about watches. In the end I decided on the Black Bay 58. As I couldn’t pay on the day I was given contact details so I could check if it was in stock before purchasing. A week later I had the money, gave them a call and went through to purchase. I was greeted by the watch manager and shown upstairs where I was treat very well while they sized the watch bracelet for me. I’m not used to shopping in this type of store and at no time was I made to feel uncomfortable. So in essence I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them and if in the market to purchase again they will be my first call.

From start to finish Rox in Newcastle has been a fantastic jewellers. My now husband picked the most beautiful and unique engagement ring for me from here however any jewellery from Rox is exquisite. The service is second to none and Neil (husband) said that the experience of choosing the engagement ring was so enjoyable and he felt completely looked after. We are now married and both of our wedding bands are from Rox and are simply stunning. We have been looked after extremely well, especially throughout COVID and would like to give a special mention to Ashleigh who made everything so perfect and stress free in a challenging time. Ashleigh was simply fantastic, the communication throughout was so assuring with phonecalls, zoom calls and emails and I was able to get a bespoke band created with no stress. Ashleigh and Rox simply couldn't have done more for us and we are extremely grateful!

When shopping at Rox, it’s more than a Jewelers, it’s an experience like no other. You truly feel like a VIP. The Newcastle store is amazing, we got our engagement ring and both of our wedding rings there and I’m so pleased we did. Ellie was amazing throughout! Rox Newcastle is a great place to purchase that special ring. We were served by Sarah who took us upstairs and offered us drinks. We looked at several cluster rings which I had asked to look at I also mentioned I would like to try a solitaire so she also brought 2 different cuts to look at. Sarah was very professional and knowledgable and explained about the diamond weight, colour and cuts of each ring. One solitaire really stood out for me. We explained we wanted to look elsewhere so she gave us details on paper. No pressure at all to purchase. After looking at several other jewellers, we decided to go and have a second look. We were took upstairs and offered drinks again. A nice touch. I tried the ring on again and decided it was the one. The ring had to go for resizing and were given a date of 2 weeks. It took nearly 4 weeks and we had to call several times which is why I have given 4 stars. It was only when Andrew answered the call we got information about delay and actual delivery date. Andrew called when the ring arrived. When we called to collect Andrew served us, took us upstairs and offered us drinks again while he got the ring and all the documentation about the diamond. overall a lovely in store experience and great quality products.

Rox in Newcastle is an amazing place to buy that special piece of jewellery. They treat you like a princess, the champagne flows and little touches like truffles and beautiful velvet sofas to try on the jewels of your choosing. Jane looked after us and she was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and you don't feel rushed or pressured. Our experience was truly special. I couldn't be there to collect my ring as it had to be ordered in my size so my husband went to collect it and took my daughter in my place. Best jewellers I visited in Newcastle whilst looking for an engagement ring. Joe Cromey-Hawke spoke to me and a friend and made us feel very relaxed about the big decision process. To start with, he listened to the customer! Only showed me what was in my price range, and didn't try and make me go out of that range. They had a fantastic range of rings to show in store, presented them professionally and took great care in helping find exactly what I was looking for. No silly 'salesman' banter or cheesy talk, just simple, polite, professional advice. Would definitely recommend.
