Took my engagement ring here to be resized and wow I could not be happier! I took it in at around 10am with no appointment and was served by Jim. He really took time to make sure it was the perfect size and I was happy. Left it with him and was told I would be ready by 3pm the same day. Got a text message at around 12 to say it was ready! It is an absolutely perfect fit and I am over the moon with the service and the price. I would recommend them to anyone for any repairs or resizing!

I had a gold bracelet with a latch that had completely broken and snapped off; S. Murray Jewelers were able to construct me a brand new one made of 18K gold for an extremely reasonable price in less than a week. It's better than the original clasp and It looks like they've even polished my bracelet aswell, highly recommend.

Always received fantastic service from S.Murray! I have visited them a couple of times to have claws repaired on my engagement ring as I kept catching them and they would break after the metal being weakened over time. This time after already having each claw replaced and realising it wasn't going to fix the long term stability of my ring, I asked what they could do to prevent this happening in the future. I left this in the hands of Michael and the team to see what options we had of potentially replacing the setting of the stones. They advised there was no off the shelf setting to accommodate the stone sizes I have, so having the ring remade was the best option. Michael talked through the available options with me and advised on prices, timescales and their recommendation etc. Once agreed, he kept me up to date regularly to let me know how things were getting on with the ring being remade. He was incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process that my ring would be stunning when it was done. He was not wrong, when I received my new ring I was over the moon! The new ring is so sturdy, and is absolutely beautiful. My husband collected my ring for me so I didn't get to try it on when collected. After trying on, I realised that the ring was slightly too big on my finger so took it back up to the shop at the weekend. The ring was resized within the hour for me with no additional charge. I couldn't be happier with the service from S.Murray, they are my go to jewellers now as I'm always very happy with the service provided.

Absolutely great Jewellers I've been going for 30 years. I've had Jewelley repairs and a ring resized. Went on Monday for a new Watch Battery, fitted in minutes and only cost £4, would definitely recommend 😀
