Whilst on holiday on the Isle of Wight I took a 1940's diamond engagement ring into Capital Jewellers for Rob to value and possibly sell for us. Rob took time to examine the ring and discuss the likely value. He also took time to explain how he advertises jewellery for sale online as well as displaying the ring in the shop. Within 48hours Rob phoned to advise us of an interested purchaser. I discussed the offer price and we decided to wait for a better offer. Having returned home to Dorset I received regular updates from Rob by phone and before long another offer was made which I accepted. I am impressed with Rob's attentive service and pleasant manner, and I would recommend his business.

I Would like to leave a 5 star review and my reasons for doing so are without any doubts. First of I have never been to robs shop or even have I met rob in person, because of the pandemic restrictions that are in place and my only means of doing business we’re threw social media, and I have to say considering it’s some what risky doing business this way I was given the up most and professional standards of the only way of doing business at the time with rob, I had a custom Cuban bracelet made weighing a massive 352grams. I was continuously kept up to date regarding the progress and any concerns of any adjustments that needed doing were I was kept informed and advised on other alternatives which made the hole experience feel tailored to myself and from start to finish was a pleasant and very professional, will definitely be returning to have something ells in the not so distant future,

Rob at Capital Jewellers helped answer questions I had about rings and even once I found out my parter is an unusual size not stocked in most stores he had a range to show me that could be ordered in and even went through what types of rings could be resized. I haven't yet purchased the ring (personal circumstances meant the money saved up had to be spent elsewhere) and he still has gone out of his way to answer any and all questions and show me everything he had available where other places have fobbed me off as a wishful thinker. The best jewellers around for knowledge, customer service, quality products and very reasonable prices.
