I absolutely love my mystery piece, a lovely teardrop breastmilk ring celebrating feeding my allergy baby for one year. And I got a bonus charm which I love too, thank you so much. Nikki took into account all my “requests” to put together such beautiful pieces. Do read the info on turn around time before ordering, but it is worth the wait for your beautiful jewellery.

I ordered an hair memorial ring for my mum in law after the tragic death of my sister in law, i decided to add on some mystery pieces for myself and my husbands aunt...... what can i say....absolutely blown away! from initial order to me receiving my items the service has been second to none, Nikki contacted me with proofs and took everything i wanted into account. I received the ring and matching cabochon, my hair pearl (the attached image) and a beautiful Pandora style charm for my aunt, the attention to detail and pride in her work shines through. What a wonderful service from Nikki & co ! At first I was overwhelmed by all the choices available - & what an array of charms,rings,colours,accessories there are - fantastic! But once I decided what I wanted it was so easy to order .My rings arrived pretty quickly & are just what I wanted - I was sent an email with a picture of 2 stones to choose from .When my rings arrived the spare stone was there too ! I had a ring made as a gift for my mum for Christmas 2018. The whole process was very customer oriented from start to finish -from the products and choices available through to customer service. There were lots of different options with regards design, band style and stone colours, etc and the website itself was very user friendly. I recieved emails keeping me up to date with regards time frames and was given several options to choose from for the final finished product. I was delighted with the end result and my mum is in love with the jewellery.

I had my dog's ashes made into a real coloured ring by Nikki. I am really pleased with the ring and wear it every single day - many of my friends have commented on how lovely it is and I am happy to have him close to me after he was such a big part of our family friends 14 years. Nikki emailed me regularly about my order sending me pictures to make sure I was happy with the stones she had made and even did a second batch when she said she wasn't happy with the first lot even though I had approved them. I didn't have to wait long for my order at all (even though I was prepared to wait 6 months as it stipulated in the T&C's) and the additional stones that were made were also sent to me. I decided a good experience and am very happy with my lovely ring.

I ordered a mystery ash piece after losing my step dad , I was really hoping for a ring, I received it today and it is a beautiful ring that I absolutely love and will wear all the time to keep him close to me. The customer service I received was excellent as well. When it turned up it was in a lovely box together with a silver polish cloth and a bracelet to wear to make a wish together with a forget me not. It made me cry but just because it was all so lovely. I wouldn't hesitate order from them again.

after researching through several websites i finally decided that i wanted tree of opals to make my keepsake jewellery. the website FAQs said there would be a wait of approx 6 months which i was prepared to accept so i placed my order. i received contact and a kit to send in my milk etc within a week. things went quiet after that as expected. i heard back from Nikki 6 months later and she produced some absolutely beautiful charms and a pendant for me. i am so pleased with them and they were absolutely worth the wait. if you're in a hurry, order elsewhere (although where ever you go you will be waiting months anyway)... if you want to wait for a beautiful handcrafted item then i would happily recommend tree of opals. thank you for my beautiful beads Nikki. I'm sp pleased with them and i would be happy to order from you again in the future x

Nikki is a fabulous person, she gets back in touch with you as soon as she can with any inquires you have. I purchased a beautiful necklace with my children’s hair in. I ordered an ash ring a few weeks ago as i lost my baby girl and wanted something special so i can always keep and carry her around with me. Nikki was absolutely amazing, understanding and so helpful i dont think i couldve asked for better. I was a little worried about sending my babys ashes away but after talking with her she completely made me feel at ease and knew she would be in good hands. I accept there is a wait (as Nik points out herself) but have ordered multiple goods from her. All of which I have loved (hence continued orders) I’m unsure what people expect from handmade independant companies. Maybe the same from a mass produced department store? I love the individuality of the items I have received. That have been made for me and just me. Got something special I’m prepared to wait and love it all the more when it arrives.
