I visited the Gold Street shop recently and has very impressed with the service, patience and prices. Luke the manager was first class and looked after my requirements. Forget the national chains of Jewellers this place understands quality service. I have dealt with them online and the service was just as efficient. Highly Recommended.

When looking for my wedding ring, I decided to go to Michael Jones first so I could get a rough price and idea for a ring. The rings were beautiful, and they had a huge variety. I was then shocked on how inexpensive they were! I easily found one that would be the perfect size and style for me. I then went around to all the other high street jewellers such as H Samuel, Goldsmiths, F Hinds etc. I also searched all over the web. I couldn't find anything even close to the price or close to what I wanted. I returned to Michael Jones and brought the ring from Liv (Olivia). I explained I was moving to Tokyo soon and she helped me work around this. Liv kept me updated via email and the ring shortly arrived. It was beautiful, but one size too small. I sent it back via post and explained that I was leaving for Tokyo any day. Within a couple of days the ring arrived back in the post with the perfect size. I am usually that customer that always complains if service is not 100%, however on this occasion, I honestly believe this is the best customer service I have ever experienced! Me and my Fiancee couldn't be happier with the ring. Thank you Liv and Michael Jones for everything!! ❤️

Massive thank you to the team at MJJ for replacing a missing gemstone on my Fiancee's engagement ring (bought elsewhere) & modifying the ring so it won't happen again in future. The quote for repair work was very reasonable, the final fee ended up being lower still. Communication from the team was great and they also finished the repair more quickly than estimated. After this experience we've now also ordered our Wedding Bands from MJJ. I'm sure we'll be returning in future!

It was with some trepidation that I entered the store some time ago to talk about a steel sports Rolex (knowing it wouldn’t be an easy thing to get). I shouldn’t have worried. Rolex Ambassadors are really friendly and forthcoming. Amongst their ambassadors Robert, chairman of the franchise, fulfills my purchasing need. Others Luke, store general manager, Sam are really fantastic. This franchise houses high end jewellery and many top luxury swiss brands including Rolex, Omega etc. Moreover it has Rolex service facilities in addition to repair works for other watches and jewellery . I massively recommend this franchise for your need. I am sure one of their dedicated staffs will cater your need if you pay a visit.
