Went in on Xmas Eve. Missed that there was a second queue in the middle of the walkway 🤔. Went to the back and still got served pretty quick. Very hard working staff indeed. Well done Pandora 🥳🥳🥳 and my wife loves her new charm

Not one to understand this brand, but came here with my Mum and sis to help purchase presents. Staff were incredibly professional and friendly, whoever arranges training here is spot on. Not too OTT yet always lightly attentive, even friendlier when we had to return one of the presents. You have made loyal customers of us... (Mum at least!)

Beautiful pieces, some are a little overpriced but I really like the staff's work ethic and business methods, and when declined assistance, they don't hesitate to back away which is what I really like. And when it comes to purchasing a product, it is quick and efficient :) I do love Pandora
