Came in with a broken bracelet 10 minutes later walked out with bracelet fixed ! I was not charged a penny for their time which in the current climate is incredibly generous, 5stars I’ll only be coming here for any further repairs or jewellery purchases! Thank you very much !

Great repair shop and jewelers, took my chain in to be repaired as clasp was very weak and was very pleased with repair and customer service. Also nice selection of jewellery so I would definitely recommend. I will be returning and have already seen possible watch for my birthday!!

Amazing service! This jeweller took a diamond out of a solitaire ring, found a diamond to match and made me a pair of earrings, which I was so thrilled with. He also gave me some advice on other items of jewellery. He was honest and told me what was worth repairing and what wasn't. Cannot recommend enough. Had my engagement ring resized here and from the moment we walked in, we were treated with first class service. I have picked my ring up today after having it resized - it fits perfectly and they have even cleaned and buffed all of the small scratches out! We also asked for a valuation which they present to you in a folder with paperwork on everything there is to know about the ring! I’ll likely be bringing it back in a years time for another clean! Really helpful place and would highly recommend . I needed 2 necklaces mending. They explain that 1 was quite weak so did I really want it done. Other jewellery mender I've been to would rather not explain and just take my money. I've had a ring fixed there as well last year. But were it had split was in the middle of the hallmark. They explained what would happen. As I would lose its original hallmark. This I thought was excellent as most high streets would not explain this.
