L.Bought my husband's watch staff were lovely and friendly .Natalia went above and beyond with customer service. We left very happy customers and got the watch fitted and links taken out for free.
B. D.We only dropped in here to get a watch adjusted - it needed a couple of links taken out of the strap so it would fit better. The manager had a quick look and then adjusted it in a matter of seconds, handing us back the watch and not wanting any payment. Great customer service!

Then got ring resized only to be told it may damage the ring (which she had worn for a few weeks) - so instead they gave her a brand new one, ordered in specially for her in her size, again at no extra cost!
