We were looking to have an engagement ring resized and after contacting a couple of "main" high street jewellers who offered no help at all, we were feeling very deflated. We walked past this jewellers and thought we would just give it a shot. We were met with a really lovely man who told us we could have what we needed done for a more than reasonable price! Being so close to Christmas we never thought that it would be ready the next day. It was incredible service, incredible work and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you! 😊

I went in to purchase a bracelet with diamonds, was looking for something very unique. Got chatting with Will's, all I can say is WOW, fantastic service, very knowledgeable. I live roughly 5 hours from the shop and placed an order for a ring that will be couriered to me. Nothing is too much for the shop to handle, they far beyond customer service. A huge thank you

Thank you to all the staff!!She loved it!! I went into Jacks to find a present for my very picky daughter for her 18th birthday. I didn't really know what i was looking for i just knew she would want something elegant and timeless. The lady was very helpful she gave me a few good options rings earring ect; all very lovely and very well priced at no point did i feel rushed even though they had a few customers in and out at the time the atmosphere was very friendly and fun. In the end I brought her a beautiful pendent I gave it to her at the weekend and she loved it. So thank you again for you patients and advice.

Leaving things to the last minute, I needed my wedding ring resizing. I left it with the guys and within half an hour it was done....... excellent service and reasonable price. Thanks guys
