K. D. (.I love this shop as it has some really unique costume jewelry. There's a huge selection of earrings especially and I can't help but spend a fortune. Staff are friendly too and the sales are amazing
B.I had just about lost faith in British retail. I live in Dubai and I'm used to the 5 star service. I was shopping for my daughters and totally out of depth. The young assistant manager took care of me in the most professional way. Bright, charming and very pleasant. A real credit to your franchise!
S. C.I'm a big fan of quality jewellery for very low prices and for a tiny shop, this place has so much of it! A few times I have found the same items in more expensive shops for five times what I paid in Lovisa. It's a good browse and well organised but be warned- very tempting!
