Brilliant customer service. Visited the showroom to enquire how to get access to the battery on my son's bike. Not only did Keith demonstrate but lent him a jump start battery pack. He also said if he couldn't get it started, he could push it to the workshop and he would charge it overnight as son did not want it left in central Norwich street overnight. A credit to the dealership.

Just picked up my third Harley Davidson , the new Pan America and once again can only thank Keith and Jamie from the bottom of my heart for their professionalism and positive attitude. They are both a credit to Harley and Lind and can’t recommend them both highly enough. Keith kept in touch and even found me a bike in the colour I wanted earlier than anticipated . If you are looking for a new or used Harley then don’t hesitate to use them as you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended triple A star guys! 👍👍👊👊

Broke down in Blakeney, Norfolk, due to needing a new battery and was really let down with my recovery service, even though I was with the Harley Davidson roadside recovery. I rang Lind Harley Davidson in Norwich and Jamie, in the Parts Department, arranged a delivery for me of a brand new battery within the hour by David their driver, who when arrived, promptly put on his gloves and fitted the battery with the comment, " I'm here until you get started". Brilliant service, thank you so much, as I was 130 miles away from home. To top it, Jamie rang me the next day to see if I got back home OK. You'll have to go a long way to beat that for Customer Service!!!

Excellent bunch of guys, couldn't be more helpful, Jamie was great at assisting with my bike service even arranging for bike to be collected and returned due to moving home and battery on bike being flat, great communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble. During lockdown i decided to purchase a used Harley Davidson, seeing one i was interested in on the Norwich HD website, i used the contact us button. From that moment, these guys have been absolutely brilliant, Keith contacted me (even though it was his day off) and we settled on a deal. Being further away from Norwich HD than Newmarket HD, Keith arranged for me to complete the paperwork there. The shiny new (to me) Sportster was delivered and my part exchange picked up. All the way, i was never ever pressured, i was given honest and concise answers to my questions and a warm and friendly chat. I really cannot recommend Norwich Harley enough, as soon as Lockdown is all over, i shall make a beeline to the shop for a coffee and to shake Keith's hand.

I find the service at Norwich Harley very good. Sean always greets me by name with a smile and has chat with me when I pop in to buy a part or whatever it might be. Great personal service from him. I have been visiting this sparkling showroom full of wonderful Harley Davidson Motorcycles on and off for years. In March this year I walked in again and looked in wonder at a very Handsome , no not a member of staff! but a Bonneville blue Softail FLSTC Heritage Classic. I ordered this Motorcycle and asked for it to br delivered on my Septuagenarian birthday 7th April. Then this dread Plague hit and I was unable to collect or have it delivered. The staff at Lind are welcoming courteous and they smile a lot, why wouldn't they with a showroom full of Harleys!! I am hoping that in the next couple of weeks I will be riding my Harley named 'Nulli Secundus ,' which my fathers Lancaster Bomber was named in 1942 and who flew over a hundred operational missions in her. Thank you Lind.

Went and bought my first Harley Davidson from here in 2017. The staff are friendly and helpful and helped me choose the right bike. They have workshops on site but as with a Harley Davidson, nothing is cheap!
