Thes guys are great, I've had my Seiko Kinetic Auto Replay watch serviced here several times over the last 12 or so years... Every time the service is on point, they've always rectified any problems with my watch and it's a good 18 years old now, wouldn't be surprised if it started to become difficult to get parts for it now - over the years I've had the Dial/Face replaced, a new movement installed, and recently a new capacitor, and soon I will be returning to these most excellent folks to have the gasket replaced and pressure tested to restore the watches water resistance to its original ability, would have had it done during this visit but I didnt ask about it untill I arrived to collect the watch for the capacitor replacement and was told it failed the pressure test. it's not operationally critical and I don't swim or dive wearing it so another time is fine to get it sorted, point is - they could have done it had I realised and asked ealier.
Not a single bad thing to say, always done me right over more than a decade of service and repairs.

The polite, professional staff only took a few minutes to fit batteries into two workaday watches that I had taken in.
Good to see that this company use Renata Silver Oxide batteries. I find these watch batteries to be very reliable and last a long time. They are not prone to the leakage problems that some cheap batteries suffer from. In my view it's worth spending a little more to have decent, long lasting silver oxide batteries fitted to your watch because if you buy cheap, you'll probably end up buying twice.

What a brilliant company. I was served by Aaron yesterday. My non waterproof Skagen watch had accidentally gone through the wash and I wanted to see if a new battery might just work. It did (hats off to Skagen too), but because Aaron could not totally guarantee that the watch had been fixed he gave me a new battery for free. Point blank refused to accept any money for my brand new battery. What a star. I'm pleased to say that the watch is still working. I shall never go anywhere else to get watches repaired.

So far as I'm aware this is the only place in Norfolk that offers battery replacement and pressure testing to provide waterproof certification while you wait. All other jewellers want to send my watch away and I'm not willing to be without it, so I find this service essential and definitely recommend.

Went in today as my watch keeps driving me mad, every time the clocks go back or forward and the hands mis-align , and usually incurs a hefty bill each time I send it back to the manufacturers to sort it out and not to mention the few weeks wait. These guys today were life savers as my watch yet again didn't work properly and after ten minutes with these two they sorted it there and then and actually didn't charge me! So it's a no brainer for me where to go again and to recommend to everyone else! Real rarity today having such a professional, friendly service and not to charge is amazing and we were truly thankful we went there!

August 2017.
Thank you for reviving my watch to full working order.
After what should have been straightforward battery refit from a national jewellery chain left my watch inoperable, leaving me with a scrap option or costly service to get it working. Thanks to the skills of the Watch Hospital staff they discovered the battery had been poorly fitted with screws not tightened, movement ring displaced and battery contact bent. Five minutes in their care and all was well. I cannot thank you enough... Well done.

Had a fancy pants watch that had a broken strap - owner helped me find a solution so I could keep wearing it without paying over the odds for a (Suunto) strap with the branding. He was a nice guy too and agreed to try different straps on the watch when another place just said 'No can do''. Have had a couple of other watch batteries replaced here too with no problems.

I visited the watch hospital on Saturday 9th November needing 4 watch batteries. I was served by Sam and can't praise her high enough for her customer service and product knowledge. Ended up buying a new watch as well as having the batteries replaced.
