Wonderful experience with Dion and the whole team at Tilletts Fine Jewellers. I had a family friends' vintage Rolex restored to its former glory and was kept well informed of progress throughout. The watch was returned in almost as new condition despite its 42-years of age and is a credit to the workmanship and service of the company. Thank you once again, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

26 years ago my husband bought my engagement ring from Tilletts , we then bought our wedding rings and over the years have continued to shop there. It doesn't matter whether you are having a new battery for your watch fitted,having a repair done,seeking advice or having your engagement ring upgraded as I did last year the service is always second to none . My husband and I visited Tillets for a new valuation on my engagement ring and small size adjustment. We were also looking for a wedding ring for myself. I can honestly say the service and advice Lorraine and the all team have provided was exceptional! yes Exceptional that is not an overstatement. without boring you with details my requirements for the wedding ring to work alongside my engagement ring were tricky but the time and patience and expert knowledge and advice was greatly appreciated. I had a ring that I had bought in Burma over 20 years ago, it was in a poor state, Lorraine and Dionne had the whole setting rebuilt,used the original stones,replaced only two that were missing and it honestly is better than when I bought it. I am a real person with a real experience and i just want to say what i think about this beautiful family business. We bought an engagement ring online and i just wanted to check the quality of the ring. I was asking people that i know if they know anyone who could help me out and one girl recommended me Tilletts The Jewellers in Norwich. Dionne - the owner of the shop was friendly, understanding and the most important honest. I couldn't ask for anything more and the communication, and all the explanation was professional, simple and detailed. He also gave me some good advices about the wedding rings. We will come back there i know for sure and people who are looking for any advice regarding gemstones, rings and jewellery in general - go to see Dionne In Tilletts. He is a really cosy and lovely person to speak with and i'm sure you'll find everything you're looking for :) I think nowadays there's so little honest people around us and we need more people like him in this business. Excellant personal service. I have made many purchases through Stella at Tillets and I cannot recommend her and the other staff at the shop highly enough. I always receive such good service and feel Stella really listens to what I want and always meets and exceeds expectations. Its her honesty I respect above all else. All the staff are a delight to deal with and their Jewellery is lovely. I would give them 100 stars if I could!!!

WINDSOR BISHOPS REPAIR PEOPLE SAYS MOST OF WHAT U NEED TO HEAR THE DO GET THE WORK DONE IN THERE OWN TIME AND FOR THE RIGHT PRICE BUT MAKE SURE U SAY EXACTLY WHAT U WANT AND CHECK THERE WORK BEFORE U LEAVE THE SHOP AS THEY TEND TO TRY GET THE MOST OUT OF YOU FOR AS LITTLE WORK AS POSSIBLE AND DONT GIVE RECIEPTS UNLESS YOU ASK SO THEY CAN DENY ANY PROMISES THEY FALSLY MADE SEEMS LIKE A BAD REVIEW BUT I AM BEING FAIR AS TO WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED FROM THEM RECENTLY
