I was walking past the shop, noticed they had a Tissot PRX in and asked to try one on. I was served by Adam who was excellent; enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable - a credit to the store. We spoke briefly about the watch in question and I was presented with two colour variants - the green dial is particularly stunning. Fantastic service, would recommend.

My husband and I bought watches from Beaverbrooks at Nottingham and we were very impressed with Mandy who looked after us very professionally and very friendly. She ordered exactly what we wanted on our first visit, kept us informed on when the watches were in and again looked after us impeccably when we went to collect. She had difficulties with adding an extra link to one of the watches but even though it took some time she repeatedly apologised. I would certainly recommend Beaverbrooks and definitely recommend and thank Mandy for all her help.

First time engagement ring shopping, this was the 3rd or 4th shop we went to. This place was a cut above the competition however, very professional. The customer service was excellent from Hardeep, he was very informative and talked us through any and all of the things that we needed to know. Went in store just to get an idea of rings for my fiancé to be. The staff couldn’t of been more helpful even when told that we probably wouldn’t be buying today. Drinks were offered a number of times and the male sales assistant explained in detail the difference in styles and cuts of stones. We left with so much more of an idea of what we wanted. The female sales assistant was really helpful too and made us feel very at ease. Ultimately we have found a ring in an alternative store but we both felt that the customer service we received here was second to non! Thanks for your help guys! James and Gemma
