Staff were super friendly, I was seen by Ceejay and Josh and they were both great! Upped the original price on something I was selling because they said they were taking a long time to do stuff, but they were really quick Friendly people and fair prices!

Just come back from the Nottingham branch after dealing with a guy behind the counter called Jamrick. Nice helpful guy who you can easily get on with. Gives you sound advice and knowledgeable while focusing on what he is doing.. First class service and a warm welcome. Would highly recommend..

5* Experience! I have now been using the Cash shop - Nottingham for just over a year and have always felt that the staff deal with me respectfully in a well mannered and understand way. Personally, I have used other pawnbrokers in the past, but not anymore due to me finding the Cash Shop who's service far exceeds all the others in the local area. Ridiculous waiting times for the simplest of things,,under staffed so be ready to wait,,and go to other shops first as they maybe closed by the time you leave this shop. This shop is handy when I'm low on cash,, I use their buy back service

Very nice experience every time I’m there a guy named Peter is very helpful also had experience with nice young girl unfortunately don’t know her name who did take my gold ring in exchange for short time cash came out its not a lot of weight so it’s not allot of money about 16-17 pounds she did tell me she can take the price up to 20 pounds which was great as I needed emergency cash for my cat vet bill my mum also uses theirs services also they will help if you can’t pay on the day you are due just give a call
