I don’t know where to start, today was a very memorable experience for me I did not expect it at all from birthday song, card to a cake. Couldn’t ask for a better service, everyone was so nice and welcoming, I felt like a valuable customer, thank you to everyone who signed the card and wished me a happy birthday! really do appreciate it. Special special thanks to Janice who managed to get me my gift on the special day and for her professionalism throughout the week. We recently visited this Goldsmiths store, by appointment, to register an interest in a new Rolex watch - and we were most impressed by the kind, courteous and friendly service given by LUCY.. who spent a lot of time with us and helped us in deciding upon a Datejust 41 bi-metal with jubilee bracelet and diamond hour markers. Lucy could not have been more attentive, and now we await her call to say that she has a watch available!

If your interested in purchasing a rolex, then go to this store. Speak with Gareth as he is a real expert in this subject area and makes the experience a real treat. You actually feel like your purchasing prestigious item and will give you a full specification of what you wish to purchase. Other places I have been to, its just not been the same. He is usually available on a weekend, so make sure you phone to book in advance. Remember when you purchase a rolex, you will most possibly be put on a waiting list. The store only has a few watches to sell there, so be patient and polite as this is how it works in most stores.

It was a great pleasure visiting the store for a Rolex appointment with Gareth this afternoon. Gareth is a true expert, he delved into the history of Rolex and walked me through the subtle details of the 2022 Rolex lineup. I tried on the no-date Submariner and he even let me keep his personal Air King on my wrist for 30+ minutes. It was a fantastic experience and I cannot wait to own a Rolex piece in the future. Excellent customer service provided by Albert in the Nottingham shop on Victoria Street. A gentleman and very professional. He assisted me in deciding upon two rings that I had previewed online before visiting the shop and his advice was very much appreciated. The other staff I interacted with were professional and courteous. I would definitely return here again in the future, thank you Albert and all the best.

Well what can I say? I went in to buy an Omega watch, yet on seeing them in the flesh I didn't find them so appealing. Had a look around and to see a few I liked. Gareth was on hand to help us out and show me several watches trying each on until I narrowed it down to two. I picked one and placed an order. After a week or so thinking about it I was unsure if I had actually picked the right one from the two.... Returned where I made the right decision to pick the other. Great shop, lovely staff who treat you how you'd expect when buying something. Looking forward to picking up my watch when it arrives.

Kev has been absolutely brilliant, always has time for me and even held onto my Rolex a few days longer until could sort my credit card out.

This is our second visit to Goldsmiths at Nottingham. The Gentleman ( Gareth) looked after us on both occasions, the first occasion a few years ago, he was very patient with us and helped us choose our watches, there was no rush, no hard sell tactics, just extremely helpful and informative on all products. Our second visit was via an appointment, and again Gareth was the perfect professional and looked after us. Whilst in store it seemed all staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, looking after customers in a professional manner. Both myself and my wife would not hesitate in using this store in the future.

I had a great experience here buying the 007 Omega Seamaster. I'd been to a few stores across the country, including the OMEGA Boutique in London, but the whole experience of buying a watch from this store was the best. Nigel was attentive and genuinely interested in my story, and upon asking what my dream watch was, took the time to bring out a GMT Master just to let me try on. He clearly shared the same passion that I had, and that rubbed off on me, giving me a memorable experience. Although they could not negotiate on price, and I purchased the watch a week later with his colleague (also lovely to deal with), I chose to pay more and buy from this store as building a relationship with a dealer is an important and two-way thing, and I found the experience here one that I would recommend to anybody.

I got the call on the 25.may that my partners watch was ready for collection its the second watch we have bought from them. Kevin is the sales guy that has dealt with us from day one and id just like to say that from day one he has gone above and beyond to help me. He said he would do his very best to get the watch in time for my partners birthday and he delivered. I cannot recommend this guy or the store highly enough . 5star service

I came in looking for a Rolex for my fiance but being a foreign traveller I did not end up purchasing from here upon finding out the additional duties I'd be responsible for upon returning home. Regardless of the fact Lucy was excellent to work with and sourced a watch from another location for us to view. She was not pushy at all and made it a very comfortable atmosphere overall. I felt very welcome with Goldsmith as a first-time potential customer for them. During the process of putting myself on the list for Explorer 36 a lot of attention was given to me why I wanted to buy a specific watch. It was also nice that as a salesman they were very interested in the personal reasons behind buying the watch. Gareth gave me some real insights into the potential waiting times to get a stainless steel Rolex as your first watch. Highly recommend this dealer and as someone who lives in the Netherlands, I would make the travel to buy from them.
