I'd been searching for an engagement ring for my now fiancé for a while, I finally got to here and I found it instantly! The staff were really helpful and they had really good discount and sales. Would highly recommend this place for all jewellery.

Came in to purchase a ring gauger, unfortunately they don't sell them but the lady measured my finger sizes and was exceptionally thorough to ensure I had the right sizes. I could see the huge range of watches that had and I will be coming back soon to purchase a new one. Great customer service, hugely professional

Nottingham store staff member Kirsty was fantastic, really friendly and helpful..so was Carol today.. But I certainly don't rate H.Samuels Customer service team..who after informing me my wedding rings aren't in stock (even though they took the order and my money) told me they didn't know when I would get the money back!!! Disgusting treatment. However Carol from the store assured me I would get a refund within 7 to 10 days.. At least their store staff know what they're doing.. Shame on the Customer service team from head office! I work in customer service and my team and I would NEVER treat customers like this.. Thank you Carole and Kirsty from Nottingham, at least you know how to treat customers!

Really helpful staff here, Jamie helped us out as a watch we bought had a problem with it, he arranged a replacement to be delivered to store and swapped it for the faulty one. Really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The shop is quite small but they have a big watch selection in the windows.

My sales assistant gave outstanding customer service. He was really outgoing and friendly. He went out of his way to confirm the earrings I wanted and informed me of the sales in store. Really showed an interest in his customers. 5-stars!

Lovely jewellers, nice staff. Shop really needs updating and changing as it's been that way as long as I can remember but still a good jewellers, needs to just have a bit of a revamp! Bought a beautiful silver jewellery set, and not expensive either!

Been here multiple times now and has become our go to place for jewelry and accessories. Shop is a little dated and maybe difficult to get to but worth the trip.

This H.Samuel the Jewellery shop shouldn't shut down it should stay open in Victoria Centre and should stay in Victoria Centre billding because it's the best one ever this H.Samuel is very once favourite the Jeweller store because they do do delivery of anything for anyone of their favourite Jewellery they Like to buy can get first class delivery or second class delivery of anything I Like buying or anyone that they Like to buy but some time's the staff tell fibs about something that are out of stock but they aren't out of stock at all still can buy of sells of offers I give this H.Samuel the Jewellery shop 10 out of 10 star's Fantastic and Brilliant and Amazing and I also give This H.Samuel Jewellery store 9 out of 9 star's Fantastic And Excellent and Amazing and Brilliant Jewellery shop ever that's why every I think everyone should go to this H.Samuel the Jeweller store to go to buy anything that they Like buying of their favourites and it's also my favourite store ever and my mum's favourite as well.
