This little shop has been a life saver for jewellery repairs! I don't know anywhere else that can do such quality repairs for such low prices, they saved my engagement ring after it snapped. & I thought it was all over when my very fine gold chain snapped in the middle, but £10 & a few days is all they need to fix it - perfect! Can't recommend them enough!

I had my bespoke engagement ring done in Solitaire as I had an exact idea how my ring should look like. I provided them with the pictures and they made my ring just like i wanted. Ring is absolutely stunning i got lot of compliments and even though i was waiting good while for it it was worth it. Price was very competitive and cheaper than other jewellers. Good customer service and they are always happy to help. Will have my wedding band made there too. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

I called Solitaire Goldsmiths to ask about transferring a diamond from an old family ring to a new mount. I asked how many days it would take and how much it would cost. The gentleman on the phone was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He gave me an estimate for the price and how long it would take. They did an incredible job and my wife was very happy (and surprised)! If you are looking for new jewelry or want to refresh something old, I would definitely recommend this place. The service is very fast and the price is reasonable.

I had a replica of a ring that I had lost made here. As I had not got photograph of my old ring I had to explain how it looked to the goldsmith who was very patient and made changes many times until it was perfect. The price was very reasonable and I am extremely happy with the finished product and the service. My friend also had a necklace fixed here at the same time and was very pleased with the service she received as well.

Nick is an excellent jeweller. He gives great customer service with a personal touch! Over the years we have returned back time and time again. From engagement rings to wedding rings to the last minute anniversary gifts, he has it all! If Nick doesn't have it in his shop he can make it for you and if he can't, he knows a man that can!

Solitaire stocks an excellent range of unusual jewellery. I was given a brooch as a present and they swapped it for a pendant in the same range. Really friendly and helpful.
