1st class service and buying experience 2nd to none. I bought a Tag Heuer and Rachel was the sales manager. All the staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and Rachel really went the extra mile to provide an excellent service. This was the last watch shop I visited in my trip to Oxford and I could not be happier with my purchase especially as it was looking like I would go home empty handed. Sincere thanks to Rachel and your colleagues for taking such good care of me on my visit and helping me secure the right watch within my budget.

We visited the Oxford Store to browse for Wedding Rings. Upon arrival Chloe greeted us and was ever so polite and helpful. We ended up purchasing both rings and Chloe made the process enjoyable and relaxed without trying to pressure us. Thank you

Excellent service from the point of walking in without any excessive pressure to buy. Fortunately we knew exactly what we were after and the service was impeccable. The absolute only negative is getting to the store through all the normal Oxford traffic, and over expensive parking charges. But then... that's not the stores fault.
