Thank you for another brilliant experience, purchasing another timepiece from the Oxford Goldsmith store. Emma Turner and her team are a credit to the store, with attention to detail on timings, knowledge on watches and the overall experience both in store and prior. Jamie Ford not only looked after my handover for a new watch purchased as a gift for my Father, but provided knowledge on the care of the watch and spent over 30 minutes talking watches and an overall friendly conversation! Popped in on Saturday 24/9, the security man at the door said that as we did not have an appointment it wound be best to come back later as it would be quieter. We returned later and managed to purchase the luxury watch we wanted. The security guard and the salesman Saeed were very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. Well my second review! If you want to visit a jeweller to buy something then this place is great. However if you want to visit a jeweller who cares about you, your family and your journey to buying pieces you really want then this place is abit special. I usually see Reggie who literally encompasses what this brand is all about however I’ve also had dealings with almost everyone there who are always happy to help and treat you like family! A big thank you especially to Reggie, Andrew, Emma and jazz for always making things extra special.

Got a call from Reggie a few days ago to tell me my Tudor watch was available... Went into the store and dealt with Jamie who was helpful and informative and took a considerable amount of time to explain everything to me. There was a price increase that day which I was not expecting however the branch manager Andrew took time to explain the situation and my concerns were resolved immediately... First class service from the the beginning and throughout. I got the call to say my watch was ready to collect. Emma and her colleagues were charming. We went to the store with our 2 young boys (in my opinion you can tell someone’s character by the way they interact with your children). All of the staff did their very best to entertain the children while we talked business with Emma. Unfortunately my oyster flex bracelet was too small and they had to order a replacement. When the replacement arrived Andrew fitted it for me, he’s a true professional and made me feel at ease, thank you. Lastly I’d like to talk about the hulk on the door. He is such a gentleman if you only take the time to acknowledge him.

Unfortunately after waiting 6+ Weeks for a watch Bracelet, it was not of good quality. Being Omega flagship model, I was expecting a similar bracelet for the money charged. the bracelet was very light weight and had sharp edges on the clasp. Andrew was very good in suggesting a way forward as he was of the same opinion. I do hope Omega have not gone down the low cost spares route.

A couple of days ago I have received an unexpected phone call from Goldsmith, my Rolex has arrived in the shop, this watch was really important to me, I wanted something timeless to celebrate my career journey, a big thank you to the goldsmith team and especially to Jamie, he has been polite, friendly and professional and made this special moment unforgettable, cannot wait to come to visit the shop again.
