I visited the store twice to sell some jewellery. The staff are very welcoming and Clover was very very helpful and professional. A very easy with a nice smile person to talk to. She explained everything clearly and she made sure I understood everything by asking me whether I need her to repeat or explain more. I exactly found the services I was looking for. The second time I went, I was very glad when I found her there. I would never go to any different shop after visiting H&T and dealing with Clover. Impeccable service as usual. Gemma at the Oxford store is a credit to the company. Friendly helpful and explains everything in detail. Goes above and beyond to help. Ashley the manager is a legend. He went all out to help me through a very difficult time and I will be forever grateful to him.( Not heroes wear capes 😏) I've spoken with Michelle a few times on the phone. Fantastic customer service from Ashley, he explained how a pawnbroking loan works and that I didn’t need to sell my jewellery. He offered me a great price and worked out a payment plan so I can keep on top of my loan. Highly recommended

I think the customer service ok the Oxford Branch are fantastic. I have been served by nearly all the staff there and I think it’s Ash who’s the Manager. I have got to say that Ash goes above and beyond to help me when I have been in the shop and when I have called regarding information. I called today which went to a call centre they said they would send the branch an email and they would call me back. Within 5 minutes I had received a call from Ash who yet again was very helpful. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel that because of the high standards of customer service I have. If you do bonuses within this company. I recommend that they should get one.

All staff are lovely, especially Michelle, who was amazing whilst I was looking for some jewellery. She looked through every single ring in the shop to try find my size & found me the perfect ring!

Clover served me on Sat 26 March to make Western Union transfer. She was pleasant and professional, and made it an efficient and enjoyable transaction. I would definitely choose H&T Oxford for other services.

Gemma the manager who works there is very welcoming and friendly there all lovely who work there I bought a beautiful 9ct gold chain a beautiful mens buckle keeper ring and a gorgeous claddah ring they even let you put 10 percent deposit down on an item then you get to pay it back over 3 months they even have there own website which I found a stunning gold bracelett i ordered it for it to come into the store what I can't wait to get I've always loved gold you just can't go wrong with gold especially with what handt have Gemma also put a beautiful keeper ring a side for me thank you Gemma for looking after me that was so kind of you for what you just did thank you so much look forward to seeing you all soon
