This is something I had no experience of at all but Tom was so helpful with lots of examples to base the design on, and when I suggested some tweaks that was no problem. I contacted Tom on a Tuesday about making some diamond stud earrings. This was a last minute request as I needed them for the following Monday. He had no problem accommodating this date for me, even though I had asked a number of other jewellers who gave me a 32 week minimum lead time. We met Tom at a wedding fair at the Crazy Bear but not being ready to order our rings yet, we started to look at suppliers in places like Hatton Garden and the Jewellery Quarter to get an idea for what we wanted, along with other quotes. The experience didn't feel very personal at these places but then we went to Tom and it's probably been the best decision we have made in our wedding planning. His location in a converted barn is lovely, and were met with drinks and one to one service. Cannot recommend him enough from his customer service to the quality and range of what he can offer.
