Me and my Partner went in looking for a bridal set as my original(temporary) Engagement ring broke, as soon as I showed Charlie my original ring he knew exactly what ring to go for! Even found a wedding ring that fits so perfectly with this ring! I absolutely love my rings! Can't fault any of the staff there either, they're all so lovely and welcoming! No pressure from any of them! Thank you♡

Cannot praise the Peterborough store enough. They were amazing with sorting out a problem that occurred with a ring purchased from the store many years ago. Really great experience here choosing an engagement ring, Prabjot was extremely helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know, she totally understood what I wanted and made sure the ring size would be correct (it was!). Many thanks for an easy transaction, would recommend.

I went today to Peterborough branch to buy ear studs and I had absolutely amazing services. Lady called Samantha went beyond every experience I had in the past. She didn’t know my budget, she didn’t know if I want to spend £20 or £300 but she treat me like I want to spend £7000. Absolutely marvellous lady absolutely amazing experience. Staff are lovely and friendly in the store, although I've been engaged for nearly 5 months now and still dont have my ring to prove it. First of all it was sized wrong and i was advised it was right although I was clearly not convinced... the ring has now been sent off 3 times now as the company made it half a size smaller than what it should of been. I'm now having to wait even longer for them to make the right size!

Nothing but praise for this store. Was very impressed .. I'd been brought a beautiful white gold ring but unfortunately I don't wear white gold. And didn't go with my own jewellery so took this back and was served by a lovely lady Jessica. Her patience and customer service was 1st class . Normally I go to Dawson's jewellers in Stamford , But Beaverbrooks you have just gained another customer. So pleased with my new gold ring. Plus did get my tights your colleague said about ...
