J. I.Just wanted to let you know Andrew in your Peterborough branch has been amazing. I came in the other week to look at watches you only had a few in the window. Andrew said as a company we have more watches online he went online and showed us the watches he asked questions on what I wanted and how much I was looking to spend. Andrew was very bubbly and helpful his knowledge on watches was amazing he knew what to recommend as he took the time to find out some information as to what Im looking for. he went out of his way to make us a drink while he was finding me the right watch. His customer service is worth more than 5*. Unfortunately the watch he ordered hasn’t turned up and Andrew is doing his upmost trying to find out what’s going on with the watch as it’s no longer on line.
