The ladies today were extremely helpful , very friendly and just so lovely . I am currently having a very difficult time due to very recently losing my Dad and I’m still dealing with lose of my Mum. I had some very precious Jewellery left to me and they did everything they could to make this wearable. Their kindness made today easier and I can’t thank them enough, I have grown up using this shop and I’m so pleased it’s still here. Thank you again Myra xxx

Absolutely amazing! Fantastic service! And very speedy! Would highly recommend! After being told by 2 other jewelers in town my gold chain wasn't worth fixing and would take at least 4 weeks, Jacey's told me to pick it up in 2hours time and now it looks brand new and was half the price everywhere else was charging. Went to peter borough and see a beautiful little 14ct gold cross pendant in the display cabinet.. stupidly, I walked away. The whole journey home (2 hours) I was thinking about that pendant. Called the store the next day and asked if they can post... A few days later the pendant arrives very quickly and is now never being taken off. Moral of the story... If you want it buy it. Happy early birthday to me :) Thank to the team. Great help

There is never any "hard sell", focus is ALWAYS only on what you want.They assist you to get the right piece,regardless of price. I have petite fingers so they had my diamond eternity ring made, it is beautiful,1st class diamonds, so many people have commented on how beautiful it is! My husband bought me a gold heart pendant with a single diamond from here,when my daughter was born.It's so stunning that I literally cried! Thank you for the wonderful jewellery that I now own!Genuine, quality jewellery that I could only dream of from other jewellers. Needed to find a local jeweller after quoted silly money and time frame by HM Samual for my engagement ring to have all 4 claws replaced and rhodium plate. Found online had good reviews. Took my ring in staff friendly and knowledgeable able to estimate there and then. Work was half the cost and was done within a week. Ring came back that good i didn’t recognise it I actually fell more in love with my ring. So happy with the repair will use Jacey Gems for all work moving forward. I’ve attached some after photos for you to see. (I’ve never used an independent Before but the level and quality of service was outstanding and communication was fab they text updates so you have piece of mind)

I highly recommend using Jacey Gem for all jewllery repair. My wife lost a ameyst stone in a very sentimental ring. Jecey Gem gave me a very competitive quote with quick turnaround repair and the stone was better and brighter than the original one. Customer service and advise was exceptional high standards 5 star service.

I was pretty upset when my necklace broke because it's hard to know these days where to get a small job fixed reasonably, but the chain is integral to the necklace so I couldn't just replace the chain... how do you get a little job like that fixed? So I was really happy to find a jewellers in town that even has an onsite workshop, and does the work themselves. Very reasonable price, ready in a couple of days (although often he can repair while you wait, especially if the shop isn't busy), and I'm so grateful to be able to wear my necklace again. What an asset.

My mother broke her engagement ring 1 week ago. I am not too familiar with the Jeweller's in the area but I went to some of the big names and the amount they were quoting seemed on the higher side to me. Luckily I stumbled across this Jeweller's after going to Tescos for shopping and they really do not disappoint. I took the ring in and the chap inside quoted me a very good price and even offered same day repair whereas most of the other places did not have an on-site repair service. This saved me having to come back into town as I do not live very close. Within 2 hours he had fixed the ring and it looked exactly as it did beforehand. I could not be happier and neither could my mother. 10/10 service, I would thoroughly recommend and I will definitely be back in the future.

Highly recommended! H Samuel's had my late father's ring for 5 weeks and hadn't started the repair (split ring needed joint repair and polish). So called the ring back, took to Jacey Gems and they repaired within 2 hours for a fraction of what I was quoted at H Samuel's. Excellent company, professional service, friendly staff! Thank you
