Carly listened to our needs, and found us the PERFECT engagement ring!
It was exactly what we were looking for and we are so grateful to her for taking the time to understand our budget, our style preferences and our requirements!
Unlike other jewellery stores we visited that day, Carly was not pushy and not pressuring us into buying... but we fell in love with the story behind the ring, and we knew we just had to buy it from Ernest Jones!

With no hesitation Carley had adjusted the watch back to the correct time and also had the time to show me how she’d done it. What a pleasure it was to experience customer service at its very best. I know where I’ll be going for my next watch.

The staff were very helpful and I was able to find what I was looking for with ease. They have every thing from jewelry to watches, rings to charms. Prices are very competitive and there are some very good offers available. Would highly recommend for that special Christmas present for her or for him.

Before the wedding decided to get partners ring cleaned and the crack repaired. Ring was found to have a defect in material and even though was over 4 years old, they replaced it with new! Fantastic service
