Had a bit of trouble getting to Plymouth in time to pick up my delivery. I called ahead to let them know and Rebecca couldn’t have been more helpful, she made the team aware about my order, so when I finally got there to pick it up there was also another lovely member of staff (think her name was Kennedy) she was aware of my situation and served me promptly.. thank you Pandora team!

Went in to this busy store today with my two sons to choose some jewellery for me as a 'Mother's Day' treat (10 yrs of being a single mum + the free bracelet offer = why not :)). I told the boys I wanted their help to choose something, which translated into a lot of questions & them asking to see all the diamonds & emeralds the store had to offer! ;) My sons both have SEN & can be quite high functioning & tricky to handle. The lady who assisted us (Ruby) was amazing! Very patient & nothing was too much trouble. I chose the pieces I wanted & she & her colleagues promptly took charge of my boys telling me to go & browse. She gently directed them to the pieces I wanted rather than the marvel pieces they wanted without a fuss & made them feel like it was a surprise for me! I was so pleased that something that could've been a struggle was made soo much easier by her calm approach & understanding. Very impressed with our experience & highly recommended the store, all of the staff & Ruby in particular! She deserves a raise if you ask me ;)

Swapped my bracelet, the lady was lovely she put charms on the bracelet to show me how it would fit and look. Nothing was to much trouble for her, and she gave her honest opinion. I didn't feel pushed and she made me feel welcome. Thankyou

Lovely place to shop, we went to get a Christmas Present for my youngest step daughter, unfortunately they didn't have the size ring in stock but the really friendly, helpful young Guy who served us was really kind and helped us to order it online and have it delivered to our home address 😀 😊

I recently visited this store with my daughter who was looking to purchase a ring. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and made us both feel very relaxed and not at all rushed as my daughter was making her decision. On this occasion we were served by Ruby and then Paris and they were both really lovely. Paris was giving my daughter lots of suggestions as to what would like nice with all of the other Pandora rings she already wears! She settled on the delicate bow ring which looks gorgeous on her middle finger. If you need some friendly, patient advice I would definitely ask for Paris next time you're in store. I highly recommend this branch of Pandora :) Since this review a few months ago I have returned to the store to make another purchase. This time it was for some rose gold jewellery for my daughter in law. I was served by Amber who was so helpful. A really friendly person and nothing at all was too much trouble. She has served me a few times before and definitely knows what she's talking about. Highly recommended.

Staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Over Christmas when it was busy, there was a queue outside the shop just to get inside. Luckily there were plenty of staff on hand providing advice to people in the queue. In my case, the lady I spoke to knew exactly what I wanted and went inside to ensure that it was in stock so that I didn't waste time queuing unnecessarily. Great customer service.
