Customer Service has been A+ and the process has been fantastic. They helped me design my ring from start to finish and found me a beautiful yellow diamond within my budget and were available to answer any questions I had. If you are wanting a bespoke engagement ring then these are the guys to go to. Their knowledge is unprecedented and would recommend to everyone!

My partner went into this shop to have my great aunts ring converted into my engagement ring. The jeweller went through several designs with him, and created a beautiful ring that was far cheaper than he had been quoted elsewhere. The ring is beautiful and also finished in under two weeks from consultation and design to final product and all in time for Christmas. We will definitely be using this jeweller again for our wedding rings.

been here twice now. once for a watch battery and once for a silver repair. amazingly quick service and incredibly cheap but don't let the cheap prices put you off the work they do is top standard. would definitely recommend this place especially for watch battery changes as it's the cheapest place I have found. they also have a showroom with lots of pieces that you don't usually see in a typical jewellery shop so it's worth having a look if you want something a bit different

A great shopping experience with exceptionally friendly staff. Nothing seems too much trouble and am on my third hand made piece. I even made the misses a 2 silver bangles on the silver making course. Love them. Would highly recommend.
