Never had any issues, other than some used items looked worse when outside ot the shop (hence darker inside) best try before you buy, especially second hand items, always a pleasure dealing with them, a very friendly bunch.

Tried to buy a guitar but was met by rude staff who seem to think all their customers are idiots and take very little pride in their work, haven't dealt with the jewelry ladies but they seem friendly and care more about their job

Always go there for accessories of electric guitar etc. Very friendly staff and nice family business. Some are more expensive than online price but you can see the item by yourself which always is very reassuring.
