Nipped in for hair dye weeks ago, happened to ask some medical details about the consent form and had all my questions answered. Nipped in on whim today to get my very first facial piercing (eyebrow) and the process was amazing, so quick that (even though it's not pain free) was just a total breeze! No fuss, just done! I did hang around afterwards to purchase more hair dye and hair extensions. Amazing service, I'll definitely be back! (To start collecting more piercings) Thank you all at Capelli Remi 🥰

My 2 girls had their ears done and I had my septum done and he was awsome from start to finish. incredibly patient and respectful to my girls 8/7 and even wiped my tears as I had mine done 🤣🤘🤘🤙👊

Amazing friendly staff I was pretty nervous about getting it done and the man who pierced my daith was really reassuring and the lady helped me pick out a beautiful piece of jewellery for my piercing! I got the daith due to headaches&migraines and since having it done it’s the first time in over a week I haven’t woke up with a headache!! Amazing place so Thankyou

Best piercing place I've been to yet. Went in over the weekend and bought their healing soap. Best thing I've ever used for healing! My nose keloid bump is almost gone and I've only used it twice so far. There's no scabbing or anything and it's healing so much quicker 😁

Came on today to get vertical labret and septum done. I was so nervous as I have had bad experience in the past with same 2 piercings. The staff couldn't of made me feel more comfortable and Kyle is an absolute star! He reassured me and the piercings were done quickly and with no hassle! Hope he stays in piercing for a long time as he is the only one I want putting holes in my skin! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much! X

I took my daughter here today to get her ears pierced, she was nervous at first but the staff made her feel at ease. very friendly and welcoming staff. my daughter loves her new pierced ears. highly recommend here.

My experience was amazing, i got my left nostril pierced and was quite nervous but the staff were so friendly and let me take my time. It was a very clean and safe environment, would definitely come back for another piercing!

Got 2 piercing today, this shop and the staff absolutely amazing and very welcoming, had lots off questions all were asked with much detail and a lot of reassurance, ID was asked by each staff member spoken too very professional environment...with the second piercing i started to feel very dizzy after but the staff were very helpful and professionalonce again about, bought me a drink out of there own money and made sure i was okay before i left, i 100% will be going back if i would like any more piercings. Amazing! Got two piercing here both at separate times and the staff were amazing, they listened to what I said and were super friendly! The holes healed fine and they look really good, I was quite unsure to get them done again after a disaster with Clair’s using a gun at the top of my ear but I honestly could of been happier x

Absolutely love capelli Remi, such a good selection of products piercings and jewellery etc. I've got all 10 piercings from here and past piercings too, the staff are all professional and the piercing is very sanitary compared to most places and they're quick and almost pain free. Capelli Remi is amazing in every single way. I first went in there years ago and I’ve never looked back. Both hair extension fitting and piercing is to the highest of standards, done by professional and friendly staff who can’t do enough for you! Drinks are always offered while hair extensions are fitted and every single person working in there at that time will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. They have a large selection of wigs/extensions/body jewellery on offer at compatible prices with a range of fitting options for hair. They’re that good at their jobs it doesn’t take long at all to have any piercing done, which I personally think is great when you have a life to get back to! The only downfall about this shop is that they don’t have superpowers, so if you decide to bleach your hair extensions or your body is a fast healer then there’s nothing they can do!

Super friendly staff and lovely clean organised shop, i had my nose peirced and my step daughter her belly button, Kyle was really reassuring to my step daughter as she has a tendancy to faint around needles (she was fine) but he gave her 5 minutes afterwards to just sit and take her time before we left, i ask way to many questions when I'm nervous haha which I was told to shut up and calm down 🤣🤣 I will always use this place I had a dermal over 10 years ago in the first ever shop in Preston and I still have it in now I have caught a few times and I just send a message and get advice straight away on how to help. It really is a great shop with great people. Thankyou guys ❤

I have got a most of my piercings done at Capelli Remi and have never had any problems with infecton, recently had my nose pierced. Normally I am quite tolerant to the pain of a piercing however I was a real wimp with my nose never the less the gentalman who pierced it for me was very understanding and kind. Today I want back to get the ring I had it pierced with changed to a clear stud for work and once again I kept being very soft the same man who pierced my nose was there to change it for me but because of the discomfort I was in he alowed me to put the sud in after he removed the ring and guided me every step of the way. Thank you for your understanding and tolerance Capelli Remi.

Can i just say, James is such an amazing piercer. When my partner Billy got his nose piercigs today he started to panic and get really dizzy so he let him sit and just chatted whilst i went to get him a drink.
