I’ve never had any issues with DJM the various times that I’ve used their services or required their knowledge. The staff are friendly and attentive and their jewellery repair service is one of the best around. I’m currently getting a half-sovereign ring re-sized and their price was the best around by far. They also have an absolutely expansive stock of used jewellery, so there is something to suit everyone’s taste and budget.

The advice I was given about my rings which I took in for repair was fair,I knew really they were beyond repair but they could get get another mount to put my stones in

Efficient and cheap service. Part of a leather watch strap had snapped off so I originally took it to Timpsons for repair. Timpsons wanted to replace the entire watch strap, charge £30 and make me wait 4 weeks - took it to Goldsmiths for a 2nd opinion and they added a new part within 20 mins and only charged £2.
