Visited Pandora Preston today 11th September 2022 and was greeted by a charming young gentleman named Lewis. What a refreshing change to be served by a professional, courteous, member of staff. Lewis listened to our requests and went above and beyond our expectations. Pandora have gained a valuable staff member within Lewis, we will certainly use this Preston branch again for any purchases and gifts we require in the future.

I visited after a DisneyLand Paris charm broke twice and I was served by Lewis. He was so polite and understanding of the sentimental value of my charm, he gave me a few different options of what I could do. He was so friendly and chatty and made the whole experience so much better.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the lovely ladies in Preston! I bought a ring from Arndale store just before Christmas and I noticed one of the stones had come out, after contacting customer services via web chat , I was happy that it could be exchanged. I called up yesterday to see if Preston had the size in stock and spoke to the most helpful lady who happily put the ring to one side for me so I wasn’t wasting my trip from Blackpool. I travelled this morning to exchange the ring, whilst I was in store I enquired about another Pandora ring that had also lost a stone but I’d had it a while…….. to my surprise they exchanged that too as a good will gesture 😍😍 Sammy and Sophie are an absolute credit to your company and went out of their way to make me a very happy customer that will now gladly travel to their store each time I want to purchase from Pandora! Thank you so much ladies ❤️

Staff were relatively friendly, one shouted to get back in the queue after I was being served. Unfortunately they had none of the charms I actually wanted in, I ended up with my 8th choice. They did offer to have them delivered

the customer before me was so rude to the staff for no reason she was down right rude but I can say the girls were very professional in how they handled the situation and were very helpful when it was my turn they couldn’t do enough to help I’m new to Pandora and they didn’t rush me even though the store was busy well done girls on keeping your cool

My daughters bought me a bracelet for Christmas It kept falling off my wrist and was only pure luck that it happened either in the house the car or at work , I stopped wearing it as I didn’t want to lose it , took it into the Preston shop today hoping to get it repaired, I didn't have the receipt, the girl who served me looked at the bracelet then came back with a new one and exchanged it ,excellent customer service from a lovely girl , well done Preston Pandora

Very busy but acceptable at Christmas. Was annoyed to find that the charm my son wanted was incorrectly advertised in the catalogue. Not a great shopping experience.

Visited my local Blackburn store several times to try to swap a damaged ring, they were useless and no help at all! I eventually gave up with the Blackburn store and decided to go to Preston, the girls in the Preston store were so so helpful, such amazing service! They had a ring in stock for me and they saved it for me, I'd even forgot my receipt and they were no trouble making a straight swap. Avoid the Blackburn store they are useless!!! I'll definitely be driving the few extra miles to Preston for the service!
