R. S.Got a battery and new strap fitted in 20 minutes. Also had somehow picked the wrong strap and they could not have been more helpful replacing g it in 10 mins the day after. Also adapting a strap as I needed silver. Great service and very amenable

My watch needed a replacement battery.
It was replaced within 20 minutes and for a very reasonable price as well.
The service was quick and efficient and the staff at The Watch Hospital have a good knows of watches.
I would recommend a visit to The Watch Hospital in the Fishergate Shopping Centre in Preston.

We visited the Fishergate shop just before closing on Christmas eve. Most of the other shops had already closed. Hubby was buying me a watch and I'd fallen in love with a Sekonda Crystal elements watch for £100 When trying it on my wrists were swollen as I'd worn fur lined gloves so the watch was a little tight The lovely man added the extra link which made the watch too big. I tried on several others and the guy was really patient. I settled on another Sekonda watch for £100 after trying numerous watches on. But my heart was set on the crystal watch I didn't wear the watch and in the new year I took it back to the shop and this time both of the lovely men were there. I explained to the other man what had happened and the guy who served us remembered me ("I was his last Christmas customer) I told them I really wanted the Crystal watch so he got it out and this time it fit. Not only did they not quibble about swapping it They also fitted my watch with a brand new battery and ticket for another one when it will be needed.
Had the guy not been so patient with me when he wanted to get home for Christmas I wouldn't have purchased. Service that goes beyond the call of duty Lovely quality watch from lovely quality people. Many thanks xx

D.I took in my elderly Father's treasured gold watch which was presented to him by his employer for long service.I requested a service and left it with Will.On returning to collect the watch i was told there was no charge. This was really very kind.I found them very polite and helpful.It was a big thing for me to entrust Dads watch with them but they looked after it so well. I would definitely recommend and will use them again. Many thanks from me (and Dad).
D. W.Always like to visit the Fishergate Store. Staff friendly and do their utmost to resolve any issues. My family and I have used the Preston store a long time, not just for repairs but also the occasional purchase. Bought a lovely Lacoste gents watch last year at a great price.
