Laura was super helpful showing us all the blue stoned rings they had in stock and the assisting us on ordering the perfect watch for me! Fantastic service from Whittles Jewelers. I purchased a Longines watch for my wife's 50th and I had great service in the process. She loved the watch but unfortunately she found the dial a bit too small the read. I contacted Whittles and explained this to them. They said no problem just bring the watch back and we can discuss options. We went in and was greeted by a very friendly Sarah who looked after us. She was really helpful and patient as we must have looked at a dozen or so other options. In the end my wife decided on another Longines with a larger mother of pearl dial and diamond bezel. An absolutely beautiful piece and might I add a lot of watch for the money in comparison to other luxury brands. There were no issues with exchanging as the original watch was unworn and all in all a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend Whittles Jewelers.

After reading some reviews regarding customer service I was very concerned going in here. Those thoughts were greatly demolished as we were seen by Lee who was absolutely wonderful! I am currently dealing with Rose, who was so helpful the last time when trying to source a watch for my wife for our Silver Wedding Anniversary (we actually ended up getting an OP in a different dial colour from elsewhere). Despite this she was once again so helpful and gave good advice when I called as I now am looking for a Rolex OP for the SW Anniversary for myself. Great service at the start of the buying process

After looking around for a particular Specific Omega Watch I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call to tell me that they had received 1 and would I like to come in and look at it, this I did and after a week of deliberation I purchased the item. The staff ( as with a family business) took exceptional care and time to go through everything that I needed to know about the watch. I've purchased a number of items (replacement leather straps and 2 watches) from Whittles over the past 3 years, and have had dealings with all of their current staff. The service I have both received and witnessed, has been absolutely flawless. All of the staff are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Overall Satisfactory No Black Employees, although have Abrahamic; if they open a major store it would include more diversity although would lose that Family Professionalism I like, and the World wasn't built in a day so hopefully, one day 2023 maybe at latest in my beloved Palacial Lakes [Investment Available for Infrastructure Businesses and Upto 100%].....? As Pristown has a small black community, and don't aspire to be Jewellerers. The Family are most welcoming...and provide a Highest Class, service fit for any Monarch.
