The only reason that I haven't given 5* is the flooring and layout.
The layout doesn't allow much room for a wheelchair to manoeuvre around & the flooring makes it hard going pushing a manual wheelchair. I dread to think what it would be like in a mobility scooter!
If the store ever has a refit, I would hope that all customers will be considered.
