We have found Kaushal jewellers as a family friendly jewellery boutique with a wide variety and excellent prices. The family run business identifies with the customer needs and provides excellent personal experience with each visit.

Very professional staff and a quick service. I had made a purchase of some jewlery whilst abroad which was defective. They were able to implement a fix to temporarily correct the issue but also advised me that the end product has a structural defect which in all honesty will likely result in another repair. The truthfulness is much appreciated as I'm now in the process of returning the jewlery I purchased when I went abroad. Would defo recommend this place.

Our family jewellers for over 25 years and never ever had a bag experience. Always would recommend. Uncle and his sons always look after us like we’re family!

I have used Kaushal Jewellers a number of times now and would not consider going elsewhere having experienced the high level of service they provide. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and offer a great product range. If what you need is not on the shelf, they will make it for you to the exact spec you need. An important factor to also note is that you do not feel pressured into buying, as you would at other jewellers. A family run business who are very humble and welcoming. These guys are very good at what they do. Unlike some jewellers who are just there to make money, these guys will professionally advise you whether something is worth repairing, swapping or even buying! I’ve always loved 22ct Indian gold. The richness and colour really makes it stand out. So I was so pleased to find that a shop that I last went to about 30 years ago was still there. I was looking for a bangle and my wrist being small thought I might have a problem. The guys were helpful and knowledgeable and I didn’t feel under any pressure. I’m really happy with my bangle and I will definitely being making a return visit and I won’t be leaving it another 30 years for sure.

I’d highly recommend Opinder for all your jewellery needs. I’ve had my engagement & wedding band designed by him and they have been nothing short of perfect! Both rings were exactly what I wanted and both were high specs at very competitive prices! My most recent experience was for my wedding band. Opinder had agreed a price but when the ring was made they used less diamonds than anticipated and his honesty was second to none. Opinder gave us really great advice based on what we were looking for and provided us with very realistic and accurate CAD designs to review and approve which showed us exactly how the rings would look once made. Purchasing diamond rings from Kaushal has been a fantastic experience for me. Opinder (Kaushal Director) was very helpful from the beginning of my appointment and made me feel very comfortable. I went to Kaushal with my own bespoke engagement ring design proposal. Opinder was very attentive to my requests and knew exactly what I wanted. The turnaround time for my engagement ring was only 3 weeks - which is not a lot of time considering my requests. In fact, the diamond proposed for this ring was 'GVS1' grade in clarity, but due to time constraints, this grade was not available. As a result, in order to meet the deadline, Opinder and the team upgraded the ring's diamond clarity to 'Internally flawless' - which is a grade higher. This was a good gesture as Kaushal met the deadline and also at the same time did not compromise on the quality of diamond. End result - a happy customer and a happy engagement ring recipient! My experience thus far with Kaushal has been fantastic as the ring was very beautiful. I will be going back to Kaushal for future jewellery purchases and will be adding my reviews each time so I can give an honest feedback. I hope my next experience will be as good as this one.
