Fun time window shopping with my 12 year old daughter. Conveniently measured her finger size & despite it being quite busy, the bubbly staff was more than happy to join in the fun with us & help out with recommendations & their opinions 👍🏿.

Would just like to highly recommend Nathan at the Reading store for his customer service . I came in today to exchange a birthday gift , he couldn’t do enough to help me . So friendly and professional, a credit to the store.

The store managed the number of customers really well, inviting us in when it was safe to do so. The sales associate who looked after us was really helpful, letting us know how the jewellery was going to behave after some use (the snake bracelets loosen up a bit) and showing us the combinations available as a discounted set. Will be back!

Had such a lovely experience in Pandora Reading! I was looking for my wedding jewellery today and they were all so helpful. They helped me trying jewellery on and giving me advice and they are lovely to talk to. I really recommend the shop and the staff are amazing.

Excellent service in Pandora, Reading. The store in Newbury shut down and Reading branch is the closest to me. The service there is always great. Last time I have been served by a young lady called Maria . She explained me everything about the new collection and she was really giving me a good advice in buying the gift for my nieces.

It was my first time in the reading branch. I had to do a swap for a birthday present. The employee was very helpful in getting me the smaller sizes. And helped me choose my first 2 charms. Marina then asked me about my plans for the rest of my day. And was just genuinely pleasant. I look forward to going back to get more charms for my bracelet.

As you would expect run very well and very kiddy friendly with some colouring pens and sticker books for my daughter. Very friendly helpfull staff but a very small shop that gets so busy that the que will be out the door . But sadly I didn't buy any thing because they no longer do the one that I had got before so I could not add to my wife's bracelet..
