I have been very skeptical about whether or not to order from skull vikings for a long time as they were a site that kept appearing as a pop up ad on Facebook so I doubted whether or not they were legit. It was after this a friend had gifted me something they had ordered from there site so i decided to take the plunge and place an order I can honestly say I was not disappointed. My first order was for an arm ring that I had been eyeing up for a while but after being unsure on sizing and ordering I sent some questions through the sites online forms they are quick and simple to use and they were more than happy to answer my questions after ordering the item arrived very quickly and nicely packaged with a hand written personal note from the skull vikings team welcoming me as a customer which was a very nice touch and a discount voucher for a future order so it didn't take me very long to decide to order again. My second order for one of there drinking horns left me even more satisfied. As stated on there site horns are completely unique so as part of the order I asked if they could supply a horn in a close shade, size and shape as to what I was looking for and they met these request practically perfectly again this order was sent very quickly with options to protect the item in case it goes missing I'll 100% be ordering from them again their items look fantastic and are reasonably priced, plus its always worth going back to a company where you feel that your custom is truly appreciated

Ordered a large drinking horn & stand from skullvikings. Now I made the mistake of purchasing a stand that wouldn’t fit the horn in question, the moment this was realised on the stores end I was immediately contacted to clarify whether this was a mistake on my part. Unfortunately I’m terrible at checking email & missed the multiple emails sent to me to clear this issue up. This is where the customer service is absolutely fantastic. The store proceeded to change the stand for the correct one and upgrade my shipping to make up for lost time I had created by not checking the emails. As well as this top class customer service and intuition, there was a handwritten note that explained the stand was swapped for the correct one & if there were any problems to get straight in touch, which again, is just absolutely incredible customer service I didn’t even have to ask for !! In summary I couldn’t recommend the store enough not only for quality items but also for quality customer service !
