I have bought all of my jewellery from David Mellor Family Jewellers for as long as I remember. I find the customer service and items on offer second to none. Also love supporting local, independent, family businesses. A few items that stand out: my gorgeous Bulova watch that I purchased in 2013 is still going strong and no battery change required yet. A gorgeous ruby and diamond second-hand ring that I saw advertised on their Facebook page for a steal price. And most recently, my partner purchased the most beautiful engagement ring for me. He dealt with Amy, Jim and Dan (almost all the Mellors) made the ring from scratch and we couldn't be happier with it and the entire experience. Looking forward to coming in to choose our wedding rings soon! Thank you :) Also just to add that Dan did an unbelievable job of making our dreams into a reality in creating this ring - over the moon with it!

Amazing Local Business Popped in before Christmas as my husband was looking for a particular Watch. Samuel was very helpful advising that while they didn't have one in stock he would make contact to see if they could find what we wanted. Call came in after the Christmas break to say they had one in stock. So very helpful and over the moon with our purchase Keep trade local. Excellent dealers.

December 2nd. My visit to David Mellors was very positive. When I entered the premises the single member of staff was occupied with a customer. She looked up, smiled and said I shall be with you shortly. I certainly wouldn't have expected her to leave the customer she was already helping, so I was quite happy to look around the shop, contented that someone was aware that I was waiting. In fact another assistant came to serve me, quickly, efficiently and I was very pleased with the service I received.
