Utterly fantastic buying experience 8th June ‘22 for a high-end watch. The store is welcoming and open and a smile from all of the shop-floor staff. They simply couldn’t do enough to make you feel good and assist in every way possible. No pressure sales , just good honest professional advice and supreme customer service. I had a ring stuck on my middle finger for like three days and me being an international student did not know where to get my ring removed and so my last resort was this store in west quay and the women at the entrance was like " we might have someone to help you no worries" to be honest I was scared they wouldn't be able to because it looked like a fancy jewellery store. Anyways after a while a women named CAROL came and saved me from my three hellish days. She went through the whole process and told me exactly what she was doing. She made me feel safe and the customer service was just top-notch. So a BIG THANK YOU to Carol and the woman at the entrance <3 <3<3 I rlly appreciate your help :D

My wife and I were in Southampton city centre at the start of July and popped into Ernest Jones on the off chance of finding a ruby ring as it is our 40th wedding anniversary towards the end of July. As it turned out they had a lovely Ruby and diamond eternity ring in stock which caught my wife's I. Unfortunately the ring was a tad on the large size so had to be resized, and so we had to pop into store today 14th of July 2020 to collect the finished article. We would both like to thank the staff of Ernest Jones West Quay Southampton for the way we were treated in respect of the covid-19 virus, we were offered hand wash sanitization before entering the store, the member of staff who dealt with us was wearing a facemask, and every piece of jewellery that we wanted to see was washed and sanitized before we were able to pick it up. All in all a really good shopping experience. 💷💷💷💷💷😂

Purchased a bracelet but realised when I got home one of the stones either wasn't set properly or was cloudy but it was so small it was hard to tell, so I took it back to EJ and told them I thought it was either cloudy or misplaced and I was told "It wouldn't be cloudy because they're not real diamonds", this is not true because cubic zirconia can get cloudy, if anything, it's more likely to get cloudy over real diamonds. Also, I knew they werent real diamonds when I purchased the item hence I referred to them as stones. She agreed it wasn't set properly and ordered a replacement, but they should know better,
