S. H.I called 1st thing to book an appointment for my 9yr old to get her ears pierced. They were so friendly and helpful over the phone. I gave them a brief history and they gave advise on this. When we got there they had remembered this. Checked everything thoroughly before going ahead.
They made my daughter feel very comfortable and happy. I would 1000% recommend.

C. G.Brilliant service, Brilliant products! My fiancé and I bought our engagement rings from here and a few months later we went back to buy our wedding rings here too. The lovely ladies who served us were so polite and helped us every step of the way. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!

Each member noticed the fact she was nervous and each offered comfort. An extra special thanks to the lady who actually pierced my daughters ears. She was fantastic talking her through ever step and allowing her to understand what was happening next. Overall a 5 star experience and I would highly recommend F Hinds to anyone who is looking to get there ears pierced.

Reason for the 4 stars is only because the NECKLACE I've bought has been sent off to be personalised and I was told it would be ready for collection on a certain date and that date has passed . Just hope it's ready for Christmas .

One question I would ask is, why are some watches heavily diiscounted (eg. Rotary) and a minority 'few' not?
