Bracelet pin was coming out of my Omega watch strap, so took it into the shop expecting it to be sent off to the Omega Service Centre, which had been the process when this happened a few years ago (different Omega Dealer in Southampton). The guy who dealt with me took the watch strap and came back 15 minutes later with a new barrel fitted to the pin - at no cost! Excellent service and a credit to being an Omega Dealer.

I had an idea of what I wanted but, when in store the choices opened up considerably. Everything about this store exudes quality. The staff were amazing, really helpful and patient. I was offered coffee, which was an unexpected pleasure and the whole buying experience just felt like I was talking to a friend. I made my selection and left a very happy man.

Originally purchased my partners watch from the Bournemouth store (now closed) however we have visit the West Quay branch on multiple occasions looking for the next purchase. I have always found it quite difficult to get staff to engage with me and on the multiple occasions I have gone to in to look for an additional purchase I always find the customer service lacking and end up venturing elsewhere.

Was bowled over by the excellent customer service I received from Angelina, despite my indecisiveness (and limited budget!) She was super attentive and pleasant, and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Would definitely use Goldsmiths again in the future after this experience.

I visited the Southampton store today and even though I didn't make a purchase on this visit, Leonardo who assisted me today was excellent and made me feel very welcome. He allowed me to try on lots of different watches and on his advice I looked at brands I'd never have considered before. I fell in love with the Hublot Spirit of the Big Bang 42mm Black (Goldsmiths code 1717046 and manufacturers code 641.NX 0173LR) but unfortunately it's about 25-30% outside my budget.

Really attentive staff and always keep you well informed. My watch went in for a service and came back looking like new. The watch is 15 years old. I was amazed at the level of service.
