J.Great little independent jewellery shop, we have bought 4 rings from there, 2 custom designed to fit engagement ring.
They cleaned the engagement ring to look good as new for our wedding.

D. W.Took a watch into them for a battery change. First I was told the one battery was £12.50. And then once the job was done within five minutes it suddenly changed to £15. Seems a very pricey place, I also have another watch and two rings in need of repair, but I think ill get some other quotes first.

I went here with my boyfriend on Wednesday and the gentleman was so kind and gave me all the advice I needed and answered all my questions no matter how stupid they sounded. He was so so knowledgable with a genuine passion for customer service. Shook both our hands and was able to size me perfectly. I am really excited to see the finished result after it’s cleaned and resized!

He gave me peace of mind and an honest opinion of the state of the watch. After a lengthy conversation about the watch and Mike checking the internals, they only charged me for the watch bracelet alteration. Lovely people.

Really lovely jewellers with a nice feel to the shop, as a family business this is exactly what we need to keep hold of. To be able to avoid the big chain stores that don't have that personal touch and are always overpriced with low quality, it's important that we support these local businesses, they do such a wonderful job.
