A truly wonderful experience - my initial enquiry was dealt with by Fiona who helped me source my dream watch. She was so warm and friendly and on the telephone made me feel like she really valued my custom, I could not wait to get into the store to experience the great service in person. On arrival at the store, Stewart came to greet me and the welcome was equally as warm and friendly. My daughter commented how chatty everyone was and it didn’t feel like the watch shops we had been to previously. The handover was great, Stewart went into great detail and I left a very happy man, with a watch I love. Given the waiting lists for Rolex, I was expecting them to be a little arrogant etc, However, Louise was very professional and courteous, let me try some on for size, and explained the whole process for me. Hopefully I will be able to purchase a Rolex at some point from Laings and I'm also planning on buying another watch whilst I wait.

What can I say, best jewellers in the south of England. Been shopping here for years, even when they were known as "Parkhouse". Lauren was very helpful when me and my girlfriend were looking at pearls, always a pleasure to shop in here. purchased 2 Rolexes and a handful of jewellery in the past from here, and would again. I have yet to purchase a watch from Laings Southampton but I did visit to discuss a future purchase and to establish a positive relationship with the guys there. I met Jake the in house Rolex expert and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience discussing our watch collections and watches in general. All the staff were extremely welcoming and professional, especially Jake, who allowed me the pleasure to try on some wonderful watches. As soon as the particular watch I'm after is made available I shall be returning to make the purchase and thoroughly look forward to it, adding another grail watch to my current collection of Omega and Rolex. I also look forwards to continuing developing a great relationship with Laings as there are a number of other watches on my list to buy and my current collection to maintain with manufacturer servicing (that Laings oversee on the customer's behalf).

I purchased a beautiful Rolex as a surprise birthday present and wedding gift for my future wife She had no idea and her reaction was a picture in itself when I took her to their shop.( on her birthday ) The team in Laings planned it all with her eventually taken to the display cabinet where a birthday card, a bottle of champagne and her watch were in view My enormous thanks to them all especially Fiona who planned it and Andy who completed the surprise I found the staff to be professional, polite and all that I spoke to seemingly happy in their work Laings should be very proud of their staff Thank you for making the day very special. Fantastic service from Southampton store. Andy Andreou is a great guy, we have purchased couple of watches from him including Rolex and I have to say me and my husband had the best experience ever. He spent a long time with us even without having his lunch or anything just so he can provide a first class service to us. We travel from Bournemouth and we won’t go anywhere else. I took my rolex submariner to be serviced the Rolex person was very friendly talked me though the entire process then I mentioned patek philippe he walked me acrossed the shop to then show me the collection! I am interested to see that this store either scores very high points or very low ones and very little in the middle which is strange. I have used Laings formerly Parkhouse and Wyatt for about 20 years and although the staff have changed as you would expect I find the new staff as helpful as the original staff were. My experience was excellent from start to finish and I found Miriam and Stuart both very helpful. Importantly this Jeweler chooses its own pieces which means that you are much more likely to find something unique and interesting.

What an amazing experience we have received every time we have visited the Laings Southampton Store during the last four years. From the minute you enter the store you are made to feel welcome and like you are visiting your family Jewellers. We are so fortunate that the staff all have a wealth of knowledge and expertise and are happy to share that and advise you in a very professional and yet relaxed environment. The range of products and quality are exceptionally good. They take the time to build a relationship with you as the person first, it is not just a high street jewellery store it is so much more. They never rush you and let you take your time, nothing is every too much trouble for them. The whole experience is something you will never forget and so special that it makes your purchase even more of a celebration of your special occasion. Sometimes the store can be very busy especially on weekends and holidays, so we would always book an appointment so that we are not disappointed when arriving at the store and can always ensure that we have the time with the staff that we wanted to speak with.

Having spent the best part of 5 years looking for a ring that ticked all the boxes - was unique, had the wow factor; I finally achieved my dream and it was in no small way because of the patience, level of commitment, passion and dedication that was shown by the members of the Laing team especially by Georgia Huxted, the Goldsmith. The team was always available to answer the questions and worked with me to produce a design that I was only too happy to buy ! My husband and I have bought many pieces over the years rings, watches, bracelets , earrings & necklaces and always had excellent service. As it is close to Christmas I went to parkhouse to look for a present only to find they are no longer at the same premises. I found out yesterday through a friend that they have moved to westquay and changed their name to Laing. I am a bit disappointed that they didn't let regular customers know they have done this. Anyway it's good that they are now in westquay as it's closer and safer. Miss the former sales staff especially Laura she was so good and so knowledgeable.

I had my fiancée's ring sized at Parkhouse. The jeweller did a wonderful job. The ring started as a size M and was sized down to H1/2 which is fairly considerable. Few places are able or willing to make this kind of amendment to a ring. I would recommend Parkhouse for the customer service and the quality of workmanship.

Registered for a watch in September for my husband's birthday was made aware they couldn't guarantee the time it would be in, so was delighted to receive a call on my husband's birthday to say it was in. When we went in to the jewellers, the watch was in a display cabinet with a happy birthday message and a bottle of champagne. The service we received from Myriam was fist class, I was well looked after during the time waiting as I asked several questions which were all responded back in a lovely manner. Picking up the watch Myriam spent time with my husband going through the watch whilst I made the payment with Andy who registered the watch. Andy was the person who phoned me to say the watch was in, and was a star as I was so excited. Overall a 5* experience and highly recommended.

I recently had my Rolex serviced at Laings due to a bad accident which involved it getting broken and needing extensive repairs. The staff there were all very welcoming and it made my bad situation slightly better knowing my watch was in capable hands to be mended. The watch arrived back in store before the estimated date they gave me and it was looking brand new again! It also came with a very nice leather service travel pouch which was a lovely surprise! I was so impressed by the service I received at Laings and I look forward to carry on using them for the future.

I would never go back to Goldsmiths or any other high street jeweller - they are now a distant memory since discovering Laings a number of years ago. The service and products offered at Laings is consistently a good few levels above all other jewellers that I have visited over my lifetime. Just wish we discovered Laings sooner. Miriam at the Southampton store is a true gem! Goes above and beyond. We always go back to her because she is the best of the best.

A few weeks ago I attended an appointment to discuss about a rolex model that I am interested in. The team in Southampton was kind and knowledgeable and let me try on different models. At the end, I changed my initial thought and registered my interest with the submariner model. I really love the showroom since now they are displaying many rolex models so you can try it on and feel what will fit you the most. Here is the picture of me and the sub. Hopefully I will get a phone call to purchase it the a near future. would love to visit the store again. fingers crossed. :D
